It is the management and operation functions of MSPCL other than production and quality assurance, which are divisions on their own, are grouped together under the Corporate Services Division. It includes the office of the CEO, administration, human resources, finance, procurement and marketing sections.

Together, the division strives to make MSPCL a successful state owned enterprise by providing all the necessary resources and support to the production division for achieving its targets and by maintaining a very good rapport with the staff, board of directors and with the consumers of MSPCL products at large.
