Production & Engineering
Production section is the main engine of the organization in manufacturing traditional medicines and commercial products.The production is managed by the Pharmacist. Segregated storage areas for quarantine, raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials are maintained for each of them with In charges to manage them.
Quality Assurance & Research
Quality Assurance & Research Department consists of the following two divisions and mandated to carry out respective responsibilities; Q A Division Quality Assurance is responsible for ensuring consistent Quality, Safety and Efficacy of Products and Services through continuous improvement which is a dynamic process.
Corporate Service
The Research and Development is responsible for designing and development of new products both medicines and commercial products. The section develops quality standards of raw materials and finished products and transfers the methodology to the QC section for implementation in the routine quality monitoring.
